Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations management, industrial engineering).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a production environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
