What you’ll do:
Provide onsite and direct support to the finance team reporting directly to CFO.
Top responsibilities:
- Exceptional Accounting (GAAP) experience
- Overseeing AP Manager, AR and junior accountant
- Financial Analysis and reporting experience required
- Intermediate to advanced Excel experience, ERP System knowledge
Must have following experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 5 years of Accounting Experience required
- GL, AR, billing, reconciliations, journal entries
- Self -starter and self directed
- Strong management skill and willingness to develop your team
- Experienced in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting (month end journal entries)
- Analytical and review and optimize processes
- Budgeting and Forecasting, Cost analysis
- Corporate Taxation
Onsite Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Salary: $100-125k+ DOE
