Boutique Family Law Litigation Firm located in BOCA RATON is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented 2+ YEAR FLORIDA FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL to join its team (This is an IN OFFICE position - it is NOT remote).

IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience with all phases of FLORIDA Family Law cases from intake through settlement/trial. Firm does not want to train inexperienced candidates so we will only consider those with experience. (We will consider candidates with 5+ years of Insurance Defense or Commercial Litigation Paralegal experience).  

SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH SOME OR ALL OF THESE ISSUES UNDER FLORIDA LAW:

  • Divorce
  • Alimony
  • Child Custody and Timesharing
  • Child Support / Custody
  • Family Law Mediation
  • Marital Asset Division
  • Post Dissolution Modifications
  • Paternity
  • Prenuptial Agreements

JOB DUTIES: open files, intake phone screens, obtaining documents and financial information from clients, communicating with the clients on phone and in-person, correspondence, calendar management, e-filing, drafting pleadings and motions, issuing and answering written discovery, and helping attorneys prep for various case matters, including court hearings, mediation and trial.
