We are currently seeking a proficient and driven Pre-Litigation/Litigation Paralegal to enhance our legal team. This role will primarily involve supporting attorneys in managing cases to ensure smooth and timely advancement through the various phases of pre-litigation. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in personal injury law and is preferred to be bilingual in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with clients throughout the pre-litigation phase of their cases.
- Coordinate with medical professionals and healthcare providers.
- Draft and oversee legal documents, correspondence, and filings in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist attorneys with pre-litigation tasks and activities.
- Research and analyze pertinent laws and legal matters.
- Monitor case developments and deadlines, providing updates to attorneys as necessary.
- Utilize case management software and databases to systematically organize and manage case information.
- Preferred experience of three years in personal injury pre-litigation as a paralegal, though not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to managing cases.
- Capacity to manage extensive and intricate caseloads.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not essential.
The successful candidate will be a diligent and positive contributor, capable of thriving in a collaborative environment, with a proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally. Compensation will be based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses. Benefits will be available following a probationary period. Prior experience in a law firm is essential, with a preference for personal injury knowledge.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
