  • Title: Account Executive / Sales Representative
  • Duration: Direct Hire
  • Location: Remote | El Segundo (Note: Some limited local travel)

Responsibilities:

  • As a results-driven Sales Professional, you will actively call on new clients and boost company revenue through customer acquisition
  • Joining our new field sales organization will give you the opportunity to apply your skill-set as you build and sustain customer growth through territory management, daily prospecting and running product demonstrations with small business owners who fit our ideal customer profile
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with multiple internal and external customers
  • Uncover a prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities, while highlighting the Business value proposition
  • Conduct high-level conversations with an array of executives in distinct buyer roles
  • Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects
  • Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers
  • Build & Accelerate pipeline growth
  • Achieve year over year annual sales growth and gross margin targets
  • Contribute towards optimizing the approach towards sales development to drive ongoing improvement
  • Leverage lead and pipeline management, and sales forecasting
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from lead-generating databases
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful field sales experience
  • Record of sales achievements
  • Microsoft Office package/excellent PC skills
  • Independent problem-solving/analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Local to Bay Area / Los Angeles is preferable
