Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within their assigned territory, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Must have door to door sales experience and real estate knowledge. You will offer homeowners solutions to foreclosure to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and contact homeowners daily with persistence and professionalism.
- Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
- Track sales progress.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, and other related fields
- Proven track record for success in sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness and ability, with own vehicle to travel within the assigned territory.
- Must be able to work Sundays.
- Spanish speaking is strongly preferred.
- Door to door sales experience required.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to your own reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
