Our team members consist of Family Architects, who work to promote the interpersonal and intrapersonal growth of our clients. We address a variety of concerning behaviors; most notably, social, behavioral, and academic concerns.

 

Job Description:

* Implement behavioral and language modification techniques

* Implement award-winning curricula teaching how to manage problematic behaviors

* Work to improve organizational and time management skills

* Address the family dynamic in order to address interpersonal conflict and dysfunction

* Complete daily documentation requirements

 

Required Qualifications:

* Master's degree in social sciences or education-related field/Or in current program

* Knowledge of and experience working with principles of learning and behavior

* Basic knowledge of appropriate and abnormal development

* The ability to work independently and employ critical thinking

* Genuine empathy towards others

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* May need availability after school until late evenings, mornings, and weekends
