Role Summary:

As an audiovisual sales account executive, you will be the driving force behind our regional sales efforts, responsible for receiving inbound inquiries, quoting clients, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible services and support tailored to their specific production needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Quotation and Proposal Development: Efficiently prepare and deliver precise quotations and proposals to prospective clients within established timeframes.
  • Lead Generation & Cultivation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by conducting market research, cold calling, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs, following up on existing proposals / quotes and providing ongoing customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest audiovisual products and industry standards / trends to effectively present and suggest solutions to potential clients.
  • Sales Goals & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and forecasts to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales operations and technical teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless client experiences.
  • Pre and Post Production Support: Schedule and host pre / post-production calls and or virtual meetings to ensure complete client satisfaction as well as identify potential future business / productions.

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years audio-visual production sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of audiovisual products and industry standards. The ability to quickly learn and articulate technical specifications and benefits.
  • Organizational Skills: Must be detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), CRM platforms.
  • Education: GED or high-school equivalency, BA preferred.
