This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with our company’s marketing and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $1150 - $1350 weekly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate meetings.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and manage attendee registrations.
  • Handle on-site event management, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to improve future events.
