What Your Day Looks Like:
- Professionally handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department with efficiency and courtesy
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the day
- Monitor and manage office supplies, replenishing stock as needed to support daily operations
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services, negotiating contracts when necessary
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for easy access to important documents and information
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, managing calendars to optimize productivity
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects as needed
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills to keep the office running smoothly

Qualifications:
