Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be proficient in clerical and administrative tasks. Must be available Monday - Friday from 7am - 3pm for your first week of training. After that your schedule will be weekends only.

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday, 7am - 3pm

This assignment is anticipated to last 1 month. 

Duties:
- Operate a multi-line switchboard system efficiently
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide information to callers and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Take messages accurately and relay them to the intended recipient
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area


Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Strong clerical skills for handling paperwork and office tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with dispatching procedures is a plus
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse callers
- Ability to type accurately and quickly
- Knowledge of basic administrative functions
- Experience with front desk operations and phone systems
