Job Title: Weekend Front Desk Associate


Job Summary:

Grand Villa of Sarasota is in search of a Weekend Front Desk Associate to become part of our team. The part-time role is ideal for a retired individual or a student seeking to supplement their income. The preferred candidate should possess experience in answering phones, filing, message-taking, and exhibit an outgoing personality with strong communication skills to engage with our senior residents and the local community.


Responsibilities:

- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department

- Greeting visitors and residents in a friendly and professional manner

- Filing and organizing paperwork

- Taking messages and relaying them to the appropriate person

- Communicating with seniors and the surrounding community

- Providing excellent customer service to all visitors and residents


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday 8a-8p or 8a-3p, 3p-8p both days.
