Job DescriptionJob Description

Our client, a growing residential real estate firm managing high end coops and condos is seeking a temp-to-hire Administrative Assistant.

  • The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm with evening hours for board meetings (10 per month)
  • The position is 100% onsite.
  • The pay rate range while temping is $27.00 per hour.
  • The annual salary is $50,000 plus overtime (potential to reach $70,000 annually).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Must have availability for evening board meetings via Zoom -approximately 10 per month which offer additional compensation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and customers, answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Assist with project coordination, including organizing meetings and preparing agendas.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software to create and maintain files, documents, and spreadsheets .
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed .
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required. 
  • One year of administrative support.
