Job DescriptionJob Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Providing professional and empathetic service to all customers, meeting customer expectations

· Daily answers questions and provides requested data for customers. Communicate by telephone, letter, fax, email, etc.

· Daily answers incoming calls and responds to customer voice mails and emails

· 100% Accuracy of work, including data input into automated systems.

· Process orders from multiple methods: web, voice mail, fax, email, etc.

· Print packing slips for the shipment of customer orders; docks, printing out bills of lading, entering orders, etc.

· Manage third-party shipping

· Demonstrate computer skills, preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, Inter/Intranet, etc.

· Makes timely decisions and sound judgments

· Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision

· Develops relationships and work with a wide variety of people

· Demonstrates patience and conflict-resolution skills

Developed organizational abilities to prioritize and perform tasks effectively and efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Accounting - a solid understanding of Accounts payable and receivable

· Financial - process and organize financial information, such as invoices, payments, balance sheets, and inventory.

· Data Management - organize, process, and make sense of data

· Computing - Word processing, spreadsheet, and email tools to perform tasks, i.e., specifically, QuickBooks.

Specialized or Unique Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

· Attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle large volumes of administrative work.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Lifting – Not to exceed 30-50 lbs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 1-3 years of experience

· Experience with providing customer service and culturally sensitive services.
