Job Summary:
Kramer Construction & Management, Inc is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate office activities, and ensure efficient operation within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Manage incoming & outgoing correspondences, emails, and phone calls
  • Process and report all office expenses
  • Keep track and replenish apparel stock as needed
  • Organize and distribute all mail/packages to correct person

- Project Coordination

  • Manage and purchase all travel as needed (flights, hotels, cars etc.)
  • Manage bidding software (BuildingConnected), this includes posting new projects, send update messages/update the platform throughout the bidding process, answer/direct questions to the appropriate estimator
  • Organize & file all bids into existing system
  • Research local municipalities licensing & apply for licenses

- Team Support

  • Assist team members with any administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
  • Research, prepare, and schedule quarterly team bonding experiences

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, outlook, etc.)

- Excellent organization and multitasking skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus
