About Us:
Atlas General Construction is a leading construction company dedicated to delivering top-quality projects with a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our owner in managing daily operations, client interactions, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Check, prioritize, and respond to the owner’s emails promptly. Ensure that all communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and update the owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Ensure the owner is informed of upcoming commitments and deadlines.
  • Meeting Support: Attend meetings with or on behalf of the owner, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items. Ensure all necessary documentation and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Client Coordination: Assist in coordinating with clients, addressing inquiries, and facilitating smooth communication between the owner and clients. Help manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Driving: Provide transportation for the owner to meetings, site visits, and other work-related appointments as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and office organization. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in email management and calendar software.
  • Ability to drive and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to attend and represent the company in meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the construction industry or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of basic project management principles.
