Job Overview: Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking an Operation Support Staff Level 1, with the responsibilities that include but not limited to administrative duties, resolve restaurant operational issue, coordinate & schedule maintenance services, and provide ono-site equipment and/or fixtures repairs services for all stores.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Provide restaurant operations Support and Resolve all restaurant operational issues, maintenance, and repairs services by using Company approved Service Vendors.
- Schedule repairs & routine maintenance services for all stores and ensure the services are timely completed.
- Administrative duties maintain departmental files, spreadsheets, records, and publications.
- Verify service pricings, organize invoices before submitting them to the Director of Operations for approval.
- Prepare & Translate Operations Training manuals, procedures, or other documents into Chinese and English.
- Assist customers with their Catering orders & inquiries, coordinate & process the Catering orders with the store management communications.
- Coordinate Fundraising events with other Organizations and the store management in a timely manner communication.
- Will act as liaison between Operations Department and other Corporate Departments.
- Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor or Company.
Education and Experience:
- Must have knowledge of restaurant equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills, excellent phone etiquette & customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, attention to detail, and organization skills are essential.
- Require traveling to visit sites, roof access on-sites, Company’s events, and other matters.
- Prefer to have at least two-years hands-on work experience and work & safety knowledges with one or more of the following State Licensed Contractor(s): C10 Electrical, C20 Heating, C20 Warm-Air Heating Ventilating, Air-Conditioning, C36 Plumbing, C38 Refrigeration, and/or (B) General Building Contractor.
- Nice to have a bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
