They must be an example for the fun and uplifting culture that Nautical Bowls so proudly represents. General Managers must represent and live the healthy and active lifestyle we passionately promote. General Managers are strong and confident leaders who know how to work hard and also play hard; play hard meaning they have fun while they’re working, which creates a positive experience for their team members and also their guests. General Managers will help communicate the business goals to their team. Below is a list of the responsibilities that fall under the General Manager position:

● creating and managing operating budgets

● team member recruiting, training, and management

● payroll and human resources

● local marketing and local advertising

● guest service and guest relations

● inventory and supply ordering and receiving
