Assistant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution of brand standards and corporate values.
- Monitor and respond to social media reports, taking charge of the hotel in the General Manager's absence.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excitement among hotel associates.
- Supervise and develop hotel associates, providing coaching and counseling to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive sales and marketing initiatives, achieving top-line revenues and bottom-line profits.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, including payroll, human resources, and time and labor management.
- Conduct daily guestroom and property inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in sales and marketing planning, budgeting, and month-end reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- College degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of hotel experience in sales, guest service, or operations management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop hotel associates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and achieve goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sales Pro, and other relevant tools.
