Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead communication requirements for HR-related legal, regulatory, and procedural compliance programs, including recruitment, affirmative action, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, and career pathing.
• Stay informed on legislative and regulatory changes affecting HR, and ensure HR systems, policies, procedures, and practices are updated accordingly.
• Research changes in laws and regulations, analyze their impact, and communicate findings to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Draft policies, processes, and procedures to enhance compliance posture.
• Oversee applicant and employee testing (e.g., pre-employment drug tests) to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and deliver compliance-related training and communications to employees and collaborate with other areas for compliance program delivery.
• Manage employee complaints and conduct employee relations investigations.
• Maintain all company-mandated compliance reporting.
• Collect and analyze employee data for executive decision-making.
• Ensure HR systems and data integrity.
• Lead and facilitate onboarding and separation processes.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Handle sensitive employee reports or information discreetly.
• Represent the company at internal and external networking, community, and training events.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience: 5-7 years in Human Resources
  • PHR or SPHR Certification
