We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for a Seasonal / Temp To Hire role. This role will be available for June through September with the potential to extend beyond September or to join as permanent employee after the season

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation (focused on flooring projects)
  • Coordinate with customers and installation crews to schedule installations
  • Create work orders detailing the work and pricing for subcrontractors
  • Visit job sites prior to install, during job kick-off and post-installation to ensure smooth completion of the project
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the job
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients throughout the installation process
  • Meet and receive deliveries of job related construction materials
  • Source and procure job related materials. Delivery to job sites as needed
  • Supervise and guide onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Visit local business prospects

Qualifications:

  • Experience in flooring or home improvement industry preferred
  • Valid driver's license and working vehicle (all mileage will be reimbursed)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
