What You’ll Do:

As an A/V Service Technician at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Installing and servicing a range of hardware equipment, including TVs, speakers, video extenders, and amplifiers.

  • Skilled installation and maintenance of shades.

  • Providing stellar integration installation support to our clients.

  • Utilizing your excellent diagnostic skills to solve technical issues.

  • Continually learning and mastering new skills in the evolving A/V landscape.

  • Part of on call rotation to assist clients after hours.

Additionally, you will be part of an on-call rotation, providing timely support and ensuring seamless service continuity for our clients outside of regular business hours.

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone with:

  • A track record of successful integration and installation support.

  • Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A/V field.

  • A professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Experience in installing high-fidelity (HiFi) audio equipment.

  • Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Savant, Lutron, Sonos, Control 4 and Universal Remote.
