Pella Windows & Doors of North Texas is looking for a professional and experienced on-site (not remote) Project Coordinator to assist our Sales Support department with:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Project Coordination
  • Ability to support partnerships with installers and customers
  • Detail and deadline-oriented capabilities
  • Review, adjust, & purchase product pertinent to project scope
  • Verify Payment receipt
  • Organize Installation project details
  • Verify and adjust orders from 3rd party vendors
  • Purchase 3rd party products
  • Strong problem-solving skills and follow through
  • Flexibility in handling a variety of assign
