We are an established embroidery and screen print company located in Big Bend, serving other businesses throughout the United States. We are seeking a B2B Account Representative person to join our Team We have been in business for 35+ years and are growing.

You will be working directly with customers on the phone, via email and in person. You will be part of a team, communicating with past and current customers as well as targeting potential customers that are in our niche market. This is a non-commissioned position so you will have steady and reliable income; 401K and PTO will be available after a short period.

Previous experience in our industry is beneficial but we are willing to train the right person.

This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday.  8 – 4:30

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Be able to build long-term relationships with customers
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships

Requirements

  • Work experience as an Account Manager or similar relevant role
  • Familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Windows
  • Experience in the screen printing, embroidery or promotional product business preferred (we will train those without experience)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
