We are seeking an Assistant Retail General Sales Manager to join our team in Greer, SC  This person will work alongside the GM and owner and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support team of retail sales workers presenting and selling flooring products
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees how to present product and provide an accurate flooring quote to customers
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
