A growing medical device company is seeking a professional HR Generalist with 2-5 years of experience that can work independently with a variety of duties. 

This company has been in business for over a century and are rapidly expanding. The right candidate will have a proven track record of loyalty and longevity. 

Human Resource Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations
  • Managing our time clock software
  • Inputting requested leaves (PTO, Sick, etc.)
  • Onboarding/offboarding employees
  • Calculating worked hours for payroll
  • 401K Plan Administration
  • Managing commissions and sales reports
  • Scheduling quarterly safety meetings
  • Scheduling various training classes
  • Assisting in HR meetings
  • Assisting with Review meetings for employees

Other Responsibilities:

  • Ordering office supplies
  • Working on Excel reports
  • Liaison in office for employee needs
  • Assist in note taking for meetings
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Running office errands (bank runs, post office, etc.)
  • Maintaining our Sunshine Act requirements
  • Performing monthly tests on security and elevator systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
