Office Administrator role will manage day to day activities of the office, as well as ancillary support of the Sales team.

- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power point, Teams, etc.)

- Well Organized and ability to consistently meet deadlines

- Effective verbal, non-verbal, negotiation and written communication skills

- Ability to sustain a high degree of professionalism in interacting with internal and external customers

- Effective attention to detail, problem solving, analytical

- Experience in a manufacturing organization (preferred)

- Abilty to work with Cross Functional Teams a must

Manage day-to-day general office tasks:

- New computer hardware/software ordering/delivering/support

- Liaison and manage Co2 emissions portal

- Travel for employees

- Assist with incoming/outgoing packages, shipping

- Meeting management assistance (customers, internal)

- Manage office supplies & inventories

Assist Sales Team:

- Provide monthly S&P “Market” Updates for team

- Create Power point presentations (as needed) for team

- Maintain monthly Sales tracking documents

Function in a highly collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork is critical to success
