Responsibilities
A local commercial gasket replacement company is looking to add a salesperson/inspector to our team We are a small company and excited to grow our team
Pay is based on experience, motivation, and customer satisfaction. This position is a standard 40 hours per week and will rarely require overtime. Flexibly scheduling is possible within customer work window requirements.
Salary: $20-25/hr based on experience plus commission based on new accounts
As a Gaskets Salesperson/Inspector, you will be responsible for:
- Making follow-up calls with existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Cold calling potential new accounts to expand our client base.
- Managing and coordinating inspection schedules.
- Performing inspections on-site, assessing the situation, and collecting necessary data.
- Providing estimates to clients, detailing the cost and scope of proposed solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales and cold calling.
- Strong organizational skills for managing complex schedules.
- Technical knowledge to perform inspections and provide estimates.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
