POSITION

 

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Local Marketing Coordinator for a part-time position to join our mission-driven team. As the Local Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to water safety by enhancing local awareness, expanding our customer base, and contributing to brand growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Community Engagement: Be a driving force in connecting Aqua-Tots Hoover with our local community. Collaborate with local businesses, schools, and organizations to raise awareness of our mission and promote water safety.
  • Digital Marketing Virtuoso: Harness the power of social media and online platforms to develop and share engaging content that captivates our audience and builds a strong online presence.
  • Newsletter Guru: Create and manage monthly email newsletters that keep our valued customers and partners informed about our programs, events, and water safety initiatives.
  • Event Maestro: Plan and execute special events and company-wide initiatives that align with our values and mission. Be a visible presence at local events and school activities, capturing and sharing memorable moments.
  • Local Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations, seeking opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships that drive community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Water Safety Advocate: Lead informative water safety presentations, actively engaging with potential leads, and responding promptly to inquiries.


QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • A genuine passion for children's well-being and water safety is a must.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends for presentations and events.
  • Proficiency in various social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying community engagement opportunities.
  • Creative problem solver with a flair for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Enthusiastic and fun-loving, embodying Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Hoover's values.
