Volt is immediately hiring a specialized Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, your primary duties will be as a Patient Warming Asst Auditor, with secondary duties as a Site Administrator. This is a hybrid role, in the office on Fridays, with normal work hours being 8:00am to 4:30pm.

This Is a Hybrid role, in office on Fridays.

Patient Warming Asset Auditor Job duties:

  • Initiating mailer audits of field-based company assets,
  • Responding and working with customers on account reconciliation,
  • Ensuring accurate install base records in the system of record,
  • Resolving outstanding or inaccurate records.


Site Administrator Job Duties:

  • Responsible for various office administrative tasks from reporting to general housekeeping, to organization.


Additional Duties:

  • Answering phones
  • Typing/data entry
  • Filing
  • Microsoft office suite experience
  • Calendar management and scheduling


Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.


Pay Rate: $24 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
