We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant for our Casework & Millwork Division in Oakdale, PA.
What you will do (but not limited to)
- Provide administrative support for project managers and estimating production.
- Maintain electronic filing system.
- Assist in closing out projects.
- Calling suppliers to obtain pricing and availability.
- Soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers for pricing via email.
- Download and organize drawings for new estimates.
- Maintain master supplier subcontractor list.
- General /basic Data entry
What you will need to be successful:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ recent office experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Comfortable working in an office and warehouse environment.
- Experience in construction or manufacturing is a huge plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent telephone and written skills.
- Computer skills required – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Cordial disposition with a team attitude.
