Responsibilities:

  • Screen Communications: Handle incoming calls and correspondence to the HR department, responding independently and referring to other resources as appropriate.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance for day-to-day HR operations, including managing schedules and maintaining records.
  • Communication Monitoring: Monitor and manage the HR email and other internal communication channels, directing employees to appropriate resources or individuals as needed.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing agendas, materials, and PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events.
  • Information Requests: Evaluate and respond promptly to internal and external requests for information and guidance.
  • Employment Verification: Complete employment verification requests and conduct research as needed to support HR functions.


Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional skills in providing high-quality customer service.
  • Initiative & Teamwork: Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, especially in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with at least one year of experience using these tools.
  • Administrative Knowledge: Understanding of clerical procedures, record-keeping, and basic corporate office management principles.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in both office and remote environments.
