The General Manager will be responsible for helping us in booking catering and vending events, towing the trailer to and from events, trailer set up and closing, serving clients at each event, and coordinating support staff to assist with events.

This position requires driving a truck with a trailer to events in the Midlothian, Waxahachie, & Mansfield area. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills, we’d like to meet you Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable experience for our clients and spread joy in our community through donuts and lemonade.

Due to the nature of this business, event times may include various daytimes and days of the week. This position will be at least 20 HRs a week, including events and marketing. The ideal applicant will have flexibility in working various event times and days of the week and be interested in scaling the business to include multiple units and staff members.

Responsibilities

· Work/staff events, including corporate and vending events

· Pick up/drop off trailer from storage location

· Set up/Break down events

· Market events to gain new clients

· Manage event bookings

· Arrange staff to cover events

· Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges

· Track daily costs and revenues

· Balance the cash register at the end of the shift

· Ensure client satisfaction

· Ensuring compliance with required safety regulations

· Maintain a fully stocked inventory and notify owners when supplies need to be ordered

· Report maintenance and training needs

Requirements

· Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record

· Experience and comfort in towing and parking trailers

· Availability to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends

· A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints professionally

· Excellent organizational skills

· Team management abilities

· Food Safety Certification Preferred

· Experience as a Shift Manager or similar role in the food industry

· Food manager certification is a plus

· Must be able to pass a background check with the cities

Job Type

· Part-Time but will lead to Full-Time quickly as we grow the business

· Minimum 20 hours/week

Compensation

· $16-18 per hour (+tips +profit share)

· Events: Midlothian, Waxahachie, Mansfield, Maypearl, Red Oak, Alvarado, Kennedale

· Oversite: Remote
