Job Overview

We are seeking either an experienced Medical Director or an ambitious, experienced aesthetics Nurse Practitioner looking to advance their career into a Medical Director role. The ideal candidate would serve as Medical Director and also work daily in the Medical spa as a provider. This position offers a unique blend of leadership responsibilities and hands-on patient care, perfect for a medical professional passionate about aesthetic medicine and eager to shape the future of a growing medical spa.

For the right candidate without current Medical Director certification, we are willing to invest in your professional growth by covering the cost of the required Medical Director training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical oversight for all clinical procedures, ensuring adherence to the highest medical and aesthetic standards

  • Lead and mentor our medical staff, including Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge treatment protocols and standard operating procedures

  • Stay at the forefront of medical aesthetics advancements, incorporating new technologies and techniques

  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines

  • Collaborate with the management team to drive the spa's growth and success

  • Spearhead quality improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and outcomes

  • Deliver clinical training and ongoing education to staff members

  • Participate in marketing efforts and client education activities

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with an unblemished professional record

  • For Medical Director candidates: Completion of a State-approved Medical Director training program

  • For NP candidates seeking to become Medical Directors: Willingness to complete the required training (which we will provide)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within a medical spa setting

  • Comprehensive knowledge of aesthetic procedures, medical protocols, and regulatory compliance

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Unwavering commitment to providing outstanding client care and maintaining the highest clinical standards

  • Ambition to grow professionally and contribute to the expansion of our medical spa

Compensation and Benefits Package

We offer a competitive compensation structure that rewards excellence and supports professional growth:

  • Director Fee: Starting at $500 per month for Medical Director responsibilities (applicable post-certification for NP candidates)

  • Service Provision Rate: Starting at $65 per hour for client services

  • Performance Bonus: Up to an additional $50 per hour based on performance metrics (potential total of $115 per hour)

  • Retail Commissions: Up to 20% commission on retail products

  • Personal treatments: Personal treatments are available at cost for you as well as opportunities for free treatments.

  • Medical Director Training: Full coverage of training costs for the right NP candidate seeking to become a Medical Director

  • Continuing Education: Individual yearly stipend for ongoing professional development and training
