Job DescriptionJob Description

Our innovative and growing company is looking for an administrative assistant. This position requires an organized and meticulous individual who has experience in email answering, answering telephones preparing materials etc. We are looking for someone who works well in a group while also being able to work on and complete tasks independently. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Production Schedules and all associated paperwork 
  • Maintain Inventory System - Assure that all purchase orders are received and accurately updated.
  • Based on schedules have screens ordered and received before needed per process guidelines 
  • Verify schedule and prepare daily manifests for delivery, installation, and service crews.
  • Review prior day's manifests and reschedule and incomplete items with a sense of urgency.
  • Measure and communicate with the factory any issues regarding the quality and completeness of orders. 
  • Assure that purchase orders are received for all work 
  • Distribute daily billing reports to accounting department by location 

 

Requirements: 

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude 
  • Proficient with computer, especially spreadsheets 
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Organized and diligent to meet customer deadlines
  • Detail Oriented
