We have a great opportunity for an Operations and Engineering Manager to join this team.

Education and Experience:

  • 8-15 years of work experience in manufacturing or project management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in developing and implementing lean practices in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with influence in Excel.
  • Excellent Leadership skills

Functions:

  • Reports to the Regional Vice President about the manufacturing and engineering operations, as well as about the vision for any upcoming adjustments or developments to business operations strategy, or other company goals and objectives.
  • Planning and Scheduling all engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implement goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
  • Oversee engineering and manufacturing operations and employee productivity.
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
  • Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives.
  • Maintain the organization's core values and culture that ensure the team can thrive.
  • Work with HR to ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
  • Work with senior management team to develop budgets and goals.
  • Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
