**Position Overview**

The Clinic Operations Manager is accountable for all facets of the daily operations of designated clinics. This role involves facilitating effective communication among nursing staff, physicians, administrative personnel, and other clinic departments to ensure positive outcomes for both clinic staff and patients. The position is part of the Clinic Leadership Team and works closely with the Director of Clinic Operations to maintain effective communication and address strategic initiatives.

**Supervisory Duties**

+ Directly oversees staff within the designated departments.

+ Executes supervisory responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and relevant laws.

+ Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to: managing departmental budgets, ensuring compliance, quality assurance, fostering provider and staff relations, interviewing, hiring, and training personnel; planning, assigning, and directing tasks; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining staff; addressing concerns and resolving issues.

**Qualifications**

+ An Associate's degree is required.

+ An Associate's degree may be considered with relevant leadership experience.

+ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

+ A background in healthcare is preferred.
