Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, your duties will include:

  • Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of 15-20 personnel, focusing on the selection, development, and assessment of staff to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.

  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with internal and external clients regarding orders, specifications, pricing, and shipping to ensure the production of high-quality products aligned with profit objectives.

  • Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory levels to support market demands and make necessary adjustments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • A comprehensive understanding of business operations, including safety, quality, production, accounting, inventory management, and cost control.
