Infrastructure Engineer

Vantage Point Solutions, a progressive and innovative consulting and engineering firm, is in search of a skilled individual to become part of our team of experts. We currently have an opening for a Civil Professional Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
The typical duties associated with this role include:
- Oversee the execution and timely delivery of projects by assessing scope and defining specifications, implementing quality control measures, reviewing samples for compliance, and preparing reports to establish deliverable timelines.
- Devise strategies for project completion and collaborate with the team to fulfill client expectations.
- Employ software tools for the preparation of technical specifications, user documentation, presentations, and tracking results.
- Enhance professional skills through ongoing training, education, and participation in networking events.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Vantage Point products, clientele, objectives, and business strategy; assess systems and processes; and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Conceptualize and devise solutions based on project needs and company standards by utilizing simulations/modeling to support expansions and modifications.
- Establish and execute processes that enhance production and ensure quality outputs by securing and managing service providers, inspectors, and other technical resources.
- Adhere to Vantage Point quality standards by maintaining awareness of relevant technologies and best practices and complying with national and local regulations.
- Mentor, train, and educate junior engineers, guide technical direction, and act as a liaison with clients.
- Ideal candidates should be self-driven, resourceful, professional, and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot processes.
- Strong project and team management capabilities.
