Project Coordinator/Accounting Assistant
Immediate opportunity to join a successful growing company in the Duluth area for a quick learner well organized and detail oriented.

The position is 100% in-office.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

This position includes a variety of responsibilities related to light accounting, research and posting.

  • Project coordination
  • Client relations
  • Interaction with internal teams.
  • Assist with reports
  • Monitor the quality of reports
  • Follow-up and resolution of reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or educational/experience equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year in an office setting with 1 year of accounting, collections, customer service, and/or industry experience preferred
  • Detail and deadline-oriented, with the ability to focus on numbers-driven
  • Strong Word and Excel experience required (min 1 year)
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
