HCRC is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant/Recruiter to join our diverse team of professionals. The ideal candidate will provide specialized operational, administrative, recruiting and personnel management support in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Perform recruiting actions, office administrative, personnel, and receptionist functions to support human resources operations, including reviewing, editing, revising, logging, routing, and tracking documents and requests.
  • Update various correspondence, including responses to external audit organizations for information, documentation, and meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence in accordance with Army Regulation 25-50, file documents, duplicate copies as required, track the status of all incoming suspense items, and manage incoming mail distribution.
  • Schedule conference rooms, notify required attendees of scheduled meetings, prepare all related correspondence such as flyers, slides, and meeting agendas, and assist with meeting setup and cleanup as needed.
  • Compile office supply requests and maintain the status of supply orders.
  • Manage staff members’ and action officers’ calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange conferences, travel, hotel, and rental car accommodations using the Defense Travel System (DTS).

Experience Required for this Role:

  • Minimum of 4 years of senior-level experience 
  • Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to type 50+ words per minute.
  • Proficiency with a broad range of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of office machines for printing, scanning, and faxing documents.

Education Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
