Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-caliber candidates
- Establish and maintain relationships with school principals and central office staff to support recruitment efforts
- Develop and implement effective recruitment initiatives, including diversity recruiting and marketing strategies
- Perform analysis of pre and post-recruitment strategies to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Expand relationships with key partner organizations to incorporate progressive ability to reach target applicants
- Develop and update interview guides and rubrics for candidate evaluation
- Work with Principals and Central Office Administrators to create and revise job descriptions to meet unique and diverse needs
- Maintain database of job descriptions to ensure they continue to reflect and support NHPS needs
- Create systematic process for gathering and analyzing exit interview data to inform recruitment initiatives
- Five years of recruiting, developing outreach plans, and marketing to attract high-caliber and diverse talent into an organization
- Bachelor's degree in related field; master's degree preferred
- Ability to travel and commit to flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment and marketing plans to attract high-caliber talent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and comfort with learning and utilizing new information technology applications
