APPS PARAMEDICAL:
As a company, we schedule and complete paramedical exams for clients who have applied for life or disability insurance. This position is for an office staff member who can do the following.

Job Description:

  • Responsibilities include answering phones.
  • Taking and entering orders from insurance agents.
  • Following up with insurance agents via phone or email.
  • Entering case status and/or notes into the system, monitoring orders for current activity status, and performing quality control.
  • Being able to communicate and work with a set of medical examiners.
  • Must be proficient with Outlook.
  • Be detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, problem solver, have the ability to be incredibly organized and communicate clearly both verbally and written.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus but not necessary.
  • Must submit to a background check and urine drug screen.

 

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • 8 am- 5 pm.

  • Vacation/Personal days after 90 days.
  • Health care benefits after 90 days


Experience level:

  • 1 year.
