Key Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provides administrative support to the Property Procurement Team
● Manages the Property Procurement supplier database
● Processes purchase orders where required (COUPA)
● Tracks procurement timelines
● Facilitates supplier meetings and issues notes
● Coordinates with the logistics and supply teams
● Tracks and monitors supplier cost savings
● Support the logistics and supply team where required
● Supports the construction team where required
Experience and Skills:
● Good communication skills
● Excellent organizational skills
● Previous office / admin experience
● Proficient in Microsoft / Google suite or equivalent
● Possesses good time management
● Good numeracy skills
● Excellent time keeping
● Proactive attitude
● Additional duties as required
Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience required. At least 1-2 years’ experience in construction, store facilities, or a design role with a specialty retailer would be preferred. Previous admin experience is essential.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills:
Should have intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint and Smartsheets.
