Job Description: The Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective production of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, experience in a manufacturing environment, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Design and modify tools, fixtures, and equipment to improve production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality, to ensure seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Analyze production data and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff.
  • Participate in the development and execution of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and welding.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
