Cleo’s Construction is a growing concrete contractor in the Lane County area that is seeking a team member that can assist the owner with project estimation tasks to include takeoffs and coordination with prospective clients to obtain the necessary information to complete thorough and detailed estimates and proposals. This position is a ground floor opportunity that can lead to fast-tracked growth potential into a management role. Candidates with limited experience but have the ability and willingness to learn and grow are desired.

Qualifications

·       Familiarity with and ability to learn construction estimation software such as Bluebeam.

·       Experience using general administrative software such as MS Office or Google Docs.

·       General understanding of construction means and methods for sitework and concrete.

·       Strong communication and organizational skills.

·       Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

·       Ability to self-learn and work autonomously.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

·       Previous experience performing field work desired but not required.

·       Spanish language skills desired but not required.

  Additional Information

Cleo’s Construction is a rapidly growing concrete construction company that works with some of the largest developers, municipalities and general contractors in the Lane County area. We specialize in flatwork, foundations and retaining walls, and can self-perform site preparation.   We have the ability and desire to grow into additional construction disciplines and markets.

We are looking for a motivated candidate that is willing to grow into a key role and lead the development of the construction estimation and construction management team.  We are willing to consider candidates with limited experience but have a strong work ethic and the necessary aptitude and soft skills to become a successful leader at our Company.
