Roberts Properties is seeking a Real Estate Research Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry, and the position offers a competitive salary based on the individual's qualifications and a generous bonus package. Ideal candidates should have a four-year college degree and relevant experience in the field.

The Research Manager will be responsible for locating new A locations for land development acquisitions, apartments, and other forms of residential housing. They should be excellent at using the Microsoft Office Suite, self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work with minimum supervision.

The Research Manager's primary duties will involve finding potential land acquisition opportunities in the Southeast and assessing their viability for a designated use, zoning, and utility availability. The information gathered will then be presented to the team for potential development purchase. The Research Manager will also need to conduct market studies on land values to determine sale prices for property already owned by RPI that they may consider selling.
