Job DescriptionJoin our Team Homeside Properties, an Associa Company, is hiring an experiencedGeorgia licensed Community Association Managerto manage a portfolio of HOA and Condominium associations in the Alpharetta, GA, and surrounding metro Atlanta area. The Community Association Manager interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members, as well as staff within the branch office.Essential Job Functions:Supervise the financial administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and the Association's governing documentsActs as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as neededPerform/Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement and governing documentsReview monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association Board of DirectorsMonitor client delinquency and collections process for assigned portfolioAttend Board meetings in accordance with the management agreementAssist Board of Directors with architectural review process and/or routine inspections in accordance with management agreementEnsure maintenance of all files, records, and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and good business practicesMaintain and board and resident information within the CINC SystemsdatabaseOversee the AP process in accordance with company processes and proceduresBe knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations and general legal requirements of a community associationProvide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication with homeowners, vendors, realtors, tenants, and board membersRemain current with best industry practices, as well as all current applicable lawsOther duties as assignedRequirementsQualificationsMust hold a valid Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) License or Georgia Real Estate License issued by the Georgia Real Estate CommissionMembership with CAI is desired3+ years of community association management (HOA) experience (not multi-family related) is desiredAssociate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferredStrong knowledge of financial reports and budgetsProfessional customer service skillsExceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a polished, professional, and friendly demeanorProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Understanding the role of the association board, and the Community Association ManagerKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient levelSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team playerTime management and time critical prioritization skillsEffective organizational skillsCompany DescriptionWith more than 300 branch offices across North America, Associa is building the future of community for more than 7.5 million residents worldwide.
