Job Brief:

We are seeking a reliable Dispatcher who is an exceptional communicator, capable of staying composed under pressure, especially in non-emergency situations. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can efficiently handle requests, transmit messages, track vehicles, and take appropriate actions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

· Receive non-emergency calls and meticulously record significant information.

· Resolve problems and fulfill requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.

· Dispatch orders for passenger transport, ensuring timely and efficient service.

· Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance, ensuring critical situations are addressed promptly.

· Utilize radio, phone, or computer to send vehicles to designated locations.

· Monitor routes and statuses of field units to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks.

· Inform field units about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements, ensuring smooth operations.

· Maintain accurate logs and records of calls, activities, and other relevant information in our computer system.

· Collaborate with management to stay informed about new products, services, and policies.

· Provide professional and friendly support to customers, adhering to the company's customer service policies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role.

· Proficient in fast typing and data entry.

· Knowledgeable about procedures and guidelines for handling emergency situations.

· Excellent command of English, both oral and written.

· Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

· An active listener with superior communication abilities.

· Demonstrates sound judgment and critical thinking.

Job Duties:

· Answer incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and care.

· Engage with customers, actively listening to their concerns and providing solutions.

· Work closely with management teams to remain updated on new developments within the company.

· Perform other duties as required, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.
