Courier PT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Courier PT to join our team at Pathology Laboratories, Inc. As a Courier PT, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of medical specimens between laboratories and healthcare provider locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport medical specimens between laboratories and healthcare provider locations, adhering to strict quality control and safety protocols.
• Operate a motor vehicle in all weather conditions, navigating routine hazards of the road with confidence.
• Interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients and healthcare providers.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control, adhering to all applicable regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
• Confidence operating a vehicle in all weather and traffic conditions and navigating routine hazards of the road.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
• Physical capability of light to medium lifting (up to 50lbs).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating conventional vehicles for business purposes.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
